PiratePlus Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a subscription from PiratePlus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Provision

PiratePlus provides access to a private Emby media server. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, although we strive for maximum availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features within the Emby interface without prior notice.

3. Account Usage & Security

• Single Use: Accounts are for personal use only. Sharing your login credentials with others may result in immediate account suspension without a refund.
• Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to reverse-engineer the API, scrape metadata, or perform a Denial of Service (DoS) attack on stream.pirateplus.win will result in a permanent ban.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All subscriptions are billed in advance.
• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital streaming services, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of PiratePlus management in the event of prolonged service failure.

5. Limitation of Liability

PiratePlus is not responsible for any data loss, hardware damage, or service interruptions caused by third-party software (Emby) or your ISP.
