  • FOSSBilling: Name and Email address (billing@pirateplus.win is our point of contact).
  • Emby: Playback history and "In-Progress" data to provide the "Continue Watching" feature.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used strictly for:

  • Processing payments and renewals.
  • Managing your Emby user profile.
  • Sending critical service updates (e.g., server maintenance).

3. Data Protection

We host our own infrastructure. Your personal information is stored within our self-hosted FOSSBilling instance and is never sold or shared with third-party advertisers.

4. Third-Party Links

Our service may contain links to external metadata providers (like TMDB). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.
